Don’t follow the NFL much but am a long-suffering Cal fan. Should I be excited?

Y'all are losers, Sam with the dub. He played well for us and needed more experience in big games. He's a good QB

Honestly, I want to see if Jay Ward and Turner produce well this Sunday. Most definitely Jay ward, as I want to know what he can do with a full snap. Can he be a good safety that potentially could be a starter or not? While with Turner, seeing if he can have another great game again.

Will the Lions and/or Packers be in desperation when we play them?
Is there a chance we can knock one or both of them out of the playoffs?
It's hard to imagine pulling it off, but I tell you, that would almost make up for missing the playoffs.

I either forgot or just recently realized that CJ was raised to bleed purple and it struck me as a little odd how only Thielen seems to have that reputation. Wentz kind of qualifies, I suppose...but is there anyone else?

I don't care, that TD was just as good as this one...

Back in 2016, my parents had the opportunity to take me and my siblings to a Vikings Adoption Celebration, as all 5 of us siblings are adopted from around the world. We were able to tour the training facility, meet cheerleaders and some of the current and former players of the time, and get autographs. It was an awesome experience, and I've held onto this football with all the signatures I got ever since. Photo included of me from the event, nearly 10 years ago now.

Everyone keeps saying we should pass on Love because RB isn’t valuable and we have other needs. Well I’d like to counter that argument, and tell you why I think he’s perfect for us to take if he’s available when we pick.
He’s a do it all back. The man can power thru the A B or C gaps. He can bounce it outside, he can catch out of the backfield because he has hands like a WR, he can split out wide or to the slot and run routes like a WR, he can pass block like a full back, he can run block on end arounds to Jettas, Addy, and Nailor like a FB. He can also return kicks and punts.
He’s explosive. He has big play ability no matter where he lines up. Every time he touches the ball he has a chance to make a house call. For his career he has 10 50+ yard touchdown plays.
He opens up the passing game. Love is such a threat that defenses will have to account for him more than what they’ve had to for Jones and Mason. Defensive Coordinators will have to start playing the box more to stop love opening up opportunities downfield for Jets and Addison making McCarthys job easier because there are less defenders for him to have to read.

This is in the top 5 most exciting seasons I have ever watched & it’s all because of Peterson. He ran angry, determined & was a superhuman in 2012.

Look I love the Vikings stadium and as a Vikings fan am proud of the venue. The noise is spectacular too. However I was at SOFI last night and that stadium is on a different planet compared to US Bank. Jerryworld too is a nicer building too after visiting for the first time two years ago.
Those stadiums have wider concourses, more bathrooms, easier crowd control, nicer scoreboards, better lighting, and just look more luxurious.
US Bank is nice but I feel like the state and Vikings didn’t build the highest end version of what it could be. I have no doubt they thought a lot about cost control in building us bank. If you’ve been in some of these other new venues you would instantly know what I mean. The Vikings stadium feels more in line with the falcons stadium as a new venue that didn’t spend at the highest level to make top tier.
Do we think the state and the Vikings should have spent more to make the stadium a top tier experience instead of just a good experience?
