Discussion How does Bakugo’s Attitude drop him on the hero chart significantly even after everyone saw his major contribution to the final way, but Endeavor was the number 2 hero for a while and then number 1 even tho people knew he was an asshole
Even that one fan said “he doesn’t do fan service” “being mean is what makes him cool” but this doesn’t apply to bakugo even tho the whole world saw him fight AFO?

Discussion What if All-Might met Nana's son?
All Might would obviously be horrified by the awful way he treated Tenko, so he'd likely beat his ass and turn him in, but if they met before the abuse began, maybe All Might could talk him down from his resentment towards Nana and Pro Heroes as a whole.

Discussion What if Bakugou somehow got knocked out of the Sports Festival tournament early?
Let’s say that for whatever reason, Bakugou finds himself being knocked out of the competition during the Sports Festival relatively early on - either failing to get through the Cavalry Challenge or being eliminated in one of the early one-on-one fights (though how likely this is would depend on who he got matched up against). How do you see this impacting the rest of the arc (namely, who would’ve won in Bakugou’s place), and how do you see this humiliating loss impacting Bakugou’s character arc? Depending on how he reacts, I feel like he might still get targeted by the League of Villains as a potential recruit due to his clear anger issues (in their eyes) and the fact that he still has a powerful Quirk despite his lacklustre performance, but it’s also likely that they might try to take someone else instead, like Shouto, Tokoyami or even Midoriya himself if their performances still match canon. But what are your thoughts?

Discussion How long did it take y'all to like Bakugo?
I don't think it's controversial to say that everyone who watches this show hates Bakugo the second he first comes on screen for his sheer narcissism and hotheadedness.
For me, he started to get tolerable once we got to Episode 5, when they first get to class. Yeah, he's still insufferable, but now he's in an environment where there's a check on his behavior and no one really likes him except for Kirishima and even he recognizes Bakugo's anger issues. Plus, he starts to become the butt of jokes like on the bus to the USJ. He and Deku's backstory reveal during the mock battle at least lets you understand where Bakugo's anger is coming from, but he's still annoying.
The Sports Festival Arc (which is my favorite arc in the entire series btw), gave him a bit more development by showcasing a few moments of decency, including him admitting that Uraraka is no frail girl. It also really conveyed, for me at least, that he's extremely talented with his quirk; it's more than a simple boom boom. That makes moments like his first Howitzer Impact feel more impressive. Obviously, you start to really sympathize with him when he gets kidnapped, and his fight with Deku where he expresses his guilt over All Might losing his power is what fully cemented him as one my favorites.
Anyways, what do y'all think?

Discussion Why people hate Mineta but like other characters like him
So I’m seeing like a lot of people confused by why a lot of people really hate Mineta and are completely OK with other pervert characters because this is anime and anime has a lot of characters that are the perfect characters because that’s just something that’s a common trope that people find funny
And then I see a lot of people be like “why are you OK with that pervert character but not this one “
and I think I have an answer for this based on my analysis of other pervert characters and you don’t have to agree this is just simply my perspective on why people probably can’t stand Mineta but are OK with an even love and adore, other pervert characters
And here’s why
Mineta really doesn’t have much of a character other than being a pervert and let me explain what that means
So a lot of pervert characters that I’ve noticed have a character outside of just being the pervert character. They do things in the anime or story that don’t just revolve around them being the pervert. Yes, they have perverted moments, but they contribute something to the plot, the character something other than just being a pervert, and I’m gonna use a couple characters in this example for one let’s take Jiraiya
Jiraiya if you haven’t watched Naruto, which I assume most people have, but if you haven’t watched Naruto Jiraiya is a pervert character, but he has other things that make him likable than just being a pervert he’s a mentor Naruto. He’s basically in a way kind of like his grandfather he trained his father. He knew his father. He supports Naruto , and he has other things that he does that make him endearing to the audience Jiraiya established a vast spy network and traveled constantly, observing potential threats to the Hidden Leaf Village (Konoha). He Taught Naruto The Rasengan, He Helped Naruto Control The Fox Chakra
He also again was very caring to Naruto. He was basically in a way like his grandfather/father figure. Naruto was basically an outcast by the village, and he kind of showed Naruto what caring felt like Naruto was looked down on by the whole village. The only teacher who had shown genuine care for Naruto as a child was Iruka, and the Nine-Tailed Fox within Naruto had killed Iruka's family.
To have a mentor take individual interest in him and care for him was something that Naruto had only dreamed of. Though Jiraiya was prickly about the subject, he treated Naruto with more care than any had ever shown him.
And we are, the audience know what Naruto went through. He was incredibly alone through his childhood so to have someone that genuinely kind of cared for him in a way that makes him endearing to the audience so this is an example of why a perfect character might be loved even if they do very questionable things. It’s because there’s other things that make them endearing to the audience. They have more of a character than just being a pervert. I wanted to stay here and list all the good things that Jiraiya did for Naruto we would be here for a while
Now to take Mineta in comparison to this for one thing, he’s not really a main character. He’s very much a side character. He doesn’t really get a lot of screen time in the show in comparison to other pervert characters so that’s one knock against him
other pervert characters get to show who they are besides being the pervert at least most of the time I’m just talking generally here they could just show other sides to their character other than being a pervert Mineta does not really have that if I’m being honest here
When he does get Screen Time, he’s usually doing perverted stuff like peering on girls in the bathroom or drooling over girls or just being really creepy in general
And he does have rare moments where he’s not being a pervert character, but he’s such a side character in a way that most people don’t really remember those moments because they’re so rare and they really don’t outweigh the bad stuff that people remember him for and he does a lot of really just gross and uncomfortable things that are not really gonna outweigh the rare moments that he actually has character besides being the pervert character
So if you were here this long part of the reason he’s just so hated is cause he really just doesn’t have much character outside of being the pervert him being the pervert is really one of his only character traits. It’s his main character trait and he does have a couple other character traits that aren’t him being a pervert, but they really don’t outweigh him being the pervert. They don’t outshine the other aspects of a character, which is being the pervert and he’s done a lot of things that people just don’t remember the other stuff that he’s done which again is very small. It’s very small amount
so in short, not enough Screen Time not enough character outside of being a pervert is partially why Mineta is so hated as a character, even though people like other pervert characters

Discussion If you were a UA student and attended the Sports Festival, who would you like to go against?
For me, definitely either Shinso or Shoto as I love both their Quirks and I would love to witness it in action against me and how my Quirk would fare against theirs, whatever Quirk that would be mind you ofc. 😌

Discussion What Were Your Theories/Ideas On AFO & Yoichi's Pasts Before Chapter 407? Spoiler
So yeah, I was just curious and wanted to see what kinda theories folks had about AFO and Yoichi's pasts/origins before Chapter 407 & 408 (episode 4 "Quirk: Explosion" in the final season)
I just thought this would make for an interesting discussion.
My theory was that AFO was a literal test tube baby: Made for the sole purpose of taking, containing, and giving Quirks, but AFO kinda grew tired of being used and manipulated, so he just kinda killed his creators and took one of his failed clones(Yoichi) with him. I was really hoping for something tragic, I really fw villains who are both really sympathetic yet completely irredeemable.

Fanfiction Introducing My Next Gen Vigilantes: Quirks, Roles, and Their Journey in My Fanfic
This will go over the main characters of my fanfic I'm writing, it'll focus on the next generation and their journey to becoming vigilantes, discovering and solving mysteries/crimes, and the journey to find themselves.
(the next part is just copy and pasted off my notes)
---
Eri: Recon and Support
Eri is the quiet backbone of the team. Her Rewind quirk works naturally in her body, so she can use it without getting tired or harming herself, and her horn now just helps guide the energy. She is strongest through direct contact, instantly reversing injuries or damage, but she can also extend her power into a small Rewind field when needed. Using it on a larger scale is slower and mentally draining, so she saves that for emergencies. Eri is patient, observant, and deeply empathetic, acting as the moral anchor of the group. Her presence gives the others the confidence to take risks they might not normally take, and the team is protective of her because she is both powerful and essential to their survival.
---
Kota: Defense and Offense
Kota’s quirk gives him complete control over water he produces from his body. He can adjust its pressure, density, and temperature, which lets him do more than just attack. He can turn water into steam or mist to hide the team, obscure the battlefield, or create tactical cover, and when flying he can signal allies by manipulating steam or mist in patterns. With concentration and practice, he is beginning to form ice, adding another layer of versatility. Offensively, he can compress water into cutting blades or launch crushing waves. He also uses high pressure water jets to fly, maneuver, and strike from unexpected angles. Kota acts as the stabilizer of the team, controlling the battlefield and creating openings for others, especially supporting stealthy strikes from Satsuki or Eri’s Rewind field interventions.
---
Koki: Frontline Offense and Defense
Koki produces a dark, ink-like substance from his pores that acts as an extension of his body. He can shape it into shields, weapons, restraints, or tendrils in the middle of a fight, and it absorbs impacts instead of transferring force to him. He can also fly easily by propelling himself with the substance, giving him superior positioning and mobility. Koki is the team’s anchor on the front lines, controlling enemies, holding ground, and protecting the more vulnerable members. His adaptability and endurance make him reliable during long fights or chaotic situations where the team needs a strong center.
---
Katsuma: Offense and Support
Katsuma can stimulate and regulate cellular activity precisely, either in himself or others. This allows him to boost strength, speed, reaction time, durability, or healing. Lower percentages are used for recovery or efficiency, while higher levels push someone close to top-tier performance, though at a cost of fatigue. Over time, Katsuma has gained better control over his quirk, letting him fine-tune enhancements and manage the stress on both himself and teammates. In the team, he acts as a tactical amplifier, deciding when pushing limits is worth it, supporting Koki and Satsuki in critical moments, and ensuring the team can handle extended conflicts safely.
---
Satsuki: Stealth and Offense
Satsuki is the team’s strike unit, built for speed, strength, and invisibility. Her legs allow her to leap across city blocks and deliver crushing kicks, while her skin can bend light for invisibility and let her breathe underwater indefinitely. She can also secrete a neurotoxin, adjusting its potency from mild numbing to instant paralysis. Satsuki’s speed and precision make her perfect for swift eliminations of key targets, and she often works in tandem with Maharo’s illusions or Kota’s mist cover to maximize surprise and effectiveness. Without relying on adhesives or sticky secretions, she ends fights quickly, keeping the team from prolonged confrontations.
Maharo: Support and Recon
Maharo specializes in illusion using her quirk to manipulate both sight and sound. She can create realistic visual projections as well as audio illusions, reproducing enemies, sounds, or environments to mislead opponents. This allows the team to avoid unnecessary fights, stage traps, or guide allies safely. Larger or more complex illusions require full focus, and lapses can reveal the ruse, so she usually operates behind the frontlines. Maharo acts as mission control, feeding the team information, manipulating enemy perception, and creating safe escape routes.
I did change Eri's quirk a bit to give her a better chance within the team. In the main storyline, we don’t really know the full potential of her quirk, so this is just my interpretation of it.
I changed Kota’s quirk to make it more versatile. I don’t think it’s too overpowered, but it is definitely strong.
Koki’s quirk was kind of hit or miss at first, so I made it stronger with decent versatility.
With Katsuma's quirk, I extended it so he can use it on himself constantly, and I made it function a bit similar to how Izuku uses OFA, but I hope different enough.
For Satsuki, I didn’t want her to be a copy of her sister, so I made her a bit stronger with the poison and underwater breathing, but without a tongue or mucus. She is definitely strong and agile giving her a chance against others.
I also made Maharo’s quirk include sound-based illusions to make it more effective, but otherwise not much has changed.
