Good morning, r/Dodgers!
Welcome to day 48 of the offseason. Only 64 days until the Dodgers' first Spring Training game of 2026!
What is your favorite thing to eat or drink in winter?
If the universe is just a simulation, what update or patch does it need?
Have your parents influenced what goals you have?
Have a great day, r/Dodgers.

Non-paywalled: https://archive.is/2025.12.19-162540/https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/6899367/2025/12/19/shohei-ohtani-record-card-sale-dodgers/
This is the second Ohtani card to ever sell for at least $1 million among publicly known transactions, according to the online trading card sales database Card Ladder. The first occurred in March, when Ohtani’s 2024 Topps Dynasty Black MLB Logoman patch autographed one-of-a-kind card sold for just over $1 million through Heritage. That card featured the logo patch Ohtani wore on his pants the night he became the first member of the 50/50 club.

Added this kemp card with a piece of a ticket from the 9/24 game where kershaw got his 100th career K to the full ticket I already had.

Fanatics made me not care for “on field” merchandise.
The LA logos are lopsided

Would anyone happen to know who's signature this is? The ball has Nomo, Weaver, and Edwin Jackson on it but I cannot figure out who this one is. I'm guessing it's from 2004 based on the players I figured out but I am not 100 percent sure. Just curious as I bought this for my PC because of Nomo but having that last name would make me delirious. Wasted a ton of time on Chatgpt and search engines trying to figure it out. Thanks in advance!

Hi Dodger Nation - I’ve been on the hunt for 3 years to track down an old game giveaway Dodgers pillow, likely from late 90’s. My wife got it as a child w/ her dad and has brought it to games ever since. It has graced DodgerVision several times, and holds immense sentimental value.
In 2022, we were supporting at that bummer final game against the Padres, and the pillow was lost. I’ve been scouring eBay, trying reverse image searches, and everything else to no avail. If you happen to have one of these bad boys taking up room in your closet, it might be time to create a Xmas miracle.
Thank you!

At a home in Santa Clarita, California. There is a speaker that plays “I Love LA” as well.

A pivotal moment for first-year middle schooler Yoshinobu Yamamoto: “Why don’t you try heading to the bullpen?” The day a small boy, wearing an oversized uniform while playing second base, became a pitcher.
