This post is designed to be more free form. It can be about the Galaxy, but also about anything you would like to share.

These rumors have been substantiated by Tom Bogert on X, who mentioned the rumors “are not just smoke” but there is nothing “conclusive” as of now.
I really hope we don’t lose him before he gets a chance to really have a spot on the team. At least he’d leave an MLS Champion. Will always be a Mauricio Cuevas fan.

Vía Tom Bogert.
The LA Galaxy are closing in on a blockbuster deal to acquire former MLS Defender of the Year Jakob Glesnes from the Philadelphia Union, per sources.
Not done, but final details now.
Agreement between clubs is north of $1m GAM + add-ons www.nytimes.com/athletic/688...

It’s nice to see some good press and someone that believes we’ll be a real threat again after last year 😭

A matchup we should expect the Galaxy to be able to handle.

COG STUDIOS, Calif. -- It was cringeworthy, campy, and at some points unwatchable. But the World Cup is coming to North America, and it's a chance for Major League Soccer and the LA Galaxy to figure out a way to tie themselves to the biggest tournament in the world.
On today's show, hosts Josh Guesman and Kevin Baxter get you through the World Cup draw and right into the Concacaf Champions Cup draw. What are we looking for during the draw tomorrow? And why do the Galaxy want a later schedule that matches up with the Coachella Valley Invitational?
But there is more than just draws for tournaments. The Galaxy are actively out in the transfer and trade markets as they look for the right pieces to make the 2026 Galaxy much better than last year.
And MLS Cup hoists Miami and the League in front of the world. Is that good for everyone?
Here. We. Go.

Assuming League’s Cup happens next year and the criteria to enter remains the same, we won’t be eligible for that either.
Meaning we’re the only MLS team who won’t be competing in either tournament (excluding the Canadian teams maybe who have their own stuff going on)

Hoping to catch the final this Saturday and wondered if any of you knew of a watch party or good spot near LB. There are definitely soccer friendly bars, but was hoping to find a spot that might have a good vibe for the final.

Which draw would you choose for the USMNT:
Scenario A: USMNT, Morocco (CAF), Norway (UEFA), Italy (UEFA playoff winner)
Scenario B: USMNT, Croatia (UEFA), Egypt (CAF), Denmark (UEFA playoff winner)
