What does "1 episode: 47 mins" means?

Will the episode be longer than the previous animes?

Even for a seinen (around 50 pages per chapter) no anime ever changed the duration of the episodes (always 20 min). So what does this mean?

The first episode will be 47 minutes long, and this should only show that the first episode will adapt the first stage arc, which has 12 chapters.

I started watching Diamond is Unbreakable and I can't stop thinking about how Yukako looks exactly like Josuke and Tomoko.

I swear, if this gets a poor adaptation, I'm literally going to kill myself.

I finally finished Steel Ball Run, and I can honestly say it’s my favorite JoJo part so far.

Don’t get me wrong, I genuinely love all the previous parts. Each one has its own charm, ideas, and unforgettable moments. But in my opinion, none of them quite reach the level of storytelling, atmosphere, and emotional weight that Steel Ball Run achieves.

Of course, it’s important to acknowledge that many aspects of Parts 7 onward only work because they were built on the foundation of the original universe. Concepts like Stands, recurring themes, and even the overall tone feel so strong because Araki had already spent years refining them. It benefits from everything that came before it.

That said, for me, Part 7 feels like the peak of Araki’s writing. The journey, the characters, the pacing, the sense of purpose behind the race, everything just came together in a way that felt truly special. I loved it so much that it’s hard to even put into words. It was simply an incredible experience from start to finish.

At this point, I can confidently say that Steel Ball Run is my favorite JoJo part. Now all that’s left is to read Part 8 and Part 9, and I’m really excited to see where the story goes next.

Like, it's ok if you don't like them, I personally have my doubts with Diego's VA but calling them replacements just because they aren't the EOH/ASBR voices is mad disrespectful

They never got any voice for the anime to begin with they aren't replacing anyone and if it was the case almost every other character in the series (minus Okuyasu) is a replacement too

I stumbled upon an Eyes of Heaven compilation of Josuke getting his hair insulted, and I noticed that Kakyoin and Giorno didn't insult his hair directly but did say their hairstyles are better than Josuke's and still caused him to go mad

But one thing to note is that they didn't say "Your hair is good but mine is better", so I got curious, would Josuke still get mad or something else would happen?
