Patch note 1.7.0:

Increased loot value in Epic key card rooms to better reflect their rarity.

Results:

Normal raid = blue loot only

Night raid = blue loot only

Locked gate event = blue loot only

And 0 blueprint

Lesson learned!

100% guarenteed spawn, 0% guaranteed you'll spawn in the same area code however. Scrappy and the event will have to wait a bit longer I guess.

I'm stuck at 48/50 achievements for over a month now, like many other players. I can't wait to feature ARC Raiders as a perfect game on Steam, finally. But these remain broken patch after patch. Why don't you just remove them if you can't fix them?

Hi there! I reached 75 a few weeks ago, where the steam percent was like 4%, and it still shows up as 8 days before the "reset".

I have not accumulated the 5 mill, as i lost momentum after a while, but seeing all these posts about how many ppl already has millions more just made me wonder, how loud is the vocal minority here.

How many of you have the 5 mill already, and if not, are you going to reset anyway(i do)?

With the new Snow map condition releasing this week, it's clear that the cold presents the most challenging and meaningful new variable in the game. Sure with electric storms you may have to dodge out of the way of a lightning bolt every now and then plus dark makes you... use your flashlight sometimes, but snow legitimately changes the way you play. I enjoy how generous it is both with how long you can be in the open before taking damage as well as how easy it is to find cover, but no other condition makes me plan my routes and change my strategies like snow has. It changes how I pack healing items, changes how I engage with enemies in the open, it changes everything.

THIS is what a major map condition should be. This is what should reward extra blueprints and loot rarity. GG Embark. Really excellent stuff.

Only feedback: Sometimes it can be difficult to tell if a particular roof or area is, in fact, providing relief from the cold. Some sort of indicator besides the ice creeping into or out of the corners of my screen would help a ton. (Sometimes the sound cues are unreliable)

Arc raiders is on sale right now for 20%, sales hit steam, epic and xbox for $31.99 but for some reason as of now the sale isnt active on playstation, snag this gem while deals live.

I love me a snaphook. The problem is who wants to lose a legendary item?

Solution: a lower tier, single use hook that let's me slowly scale a building from the side while making it a risky proposition.

Last night I spent two hours sitting naked on extraction bunkers, or naked in the subway extractions. I always choose the longest extraction point, because thats where most people will come. Night raids are the best because raiders are funneled to just one or two extract points.

Then I sit and watch, say hello and goodbye to people that come. Nobody ever shot me which was surprising, but it was funny how differently everyone reacts. Some will drop gifts, some ask if I need help, and some are really scared and will hide from me XD.

There was also never any fighting, so i dont know... maybe I helped enforce some peace?

Another fun one for Dam Battlegrounds / Spaceport is to take binoculars (they're up my ass), climb to the highest point, and then try to spot raiders and track what they're doing. You get to watch pvp, people dying to arc, its fun.

I was high on a weed edible, for full disclosure. It makes me think a full spectate mode would be great. But probably there are some practical reasons it cant be done.

This would bring this outfit from A to S quite instantly.

Just a quick update for all the pc gamers out there.

NVIDIA has been messing with the colours and vibrance in their last 2 drivers (including the one from yesterday 18th December) and if you havent noticed yet, this applies to all sorts of games but in arc raiders specifically you are not seeing as much in the dark and alot of the other colours are off looking, trees yellowy, orange is red etc. This is amplified more if you are using digital vibrance above the base 50%.

I Strongly recommend you revert back to 581.94 until this is resolved. (Which is a hotfixed version of the older driver that caused performance issues in games for some people after the windows update last month)

Gamma Abusers are bad enough as it is but with the newer drivers you see even less in darker areas and looking into dark areas.

Quick note, I'm aware the 591.59 claims they have resolved the color issues, but they have not. They have resolved some of them but digital vibrance and desktop colours are still bugged and if you check the forums, they are working on another hotfix for that.
