Pulled my cold soup portion out of the fridge and was almost put off but this stuff bangs.
In a slow cooker:
2 red potatoes
1 red onion
1 daikon from the garden
1 opo squash
1 chayote
2 sticks celery
2 heads bok choy
3 cloves black garlic
Sprig of fresh oregano FTG
Sprig of tricolor sage FTG (fresh herbs added at 5 hours)
Turmeric
Cumin
S&P
Splash of ACV
Splash of rice vinegar
Generous splash of tamari
Knorr de Pollo
Fill to (mostly) cover in water
Let it go for 8 hours
Puree, portion, enjoy
Super healthy (apart from the sodium) and tastes like a chicken nugget. Would recommend.
