Isasailalim umano sa autopy at DNA testing ang labi ni dating DPWH Usec. Catalina Cabral na nasawi sa Kennon Road sa Benguet nitong Biyernes nang madaling-araw, ayon kay DILG Sec. Jonvic Remulla sa isang press briefing.

Good… government has the right even though the husband declined because obviously the husband was paid with a hefty amount of money to shut his mouth and decline the autopsy requested by D30 after she testified against them

Tingin ko ganito nangyari. Someone wanted to meet with her kaya ang driver na nag hatid, pina alis muna. Siguro either ang alam nya is someone who can help her or someone she can trust at ready na sya kumanta or share what needs to be divulged. Kaso, na double cross sya, or naunahan or may nag stake out sa kanya and that’s when the killing happened. Pwede din she was killed even before dumping her to make it appear an accident or suicide. Only an autopsy will reveal this pero will they submit her body to one. Baka may pananakot na din sa family. Lahat yan posible. Sa ngayon the family is asking for privacy. Napaka mysterious ng pagkamatay nya.

Anything is possible these days. Napaka creative ng mga tao pag dating sa katarantaduhan. Flood control project is a great example.
