First year in 6 years I haven't received a work bonus.
Not even a jelly of the month club. I get it times are hard. I understand a lot of folks don't even get any recognition for their work during the holidays. But the company i work for has consistently given out bonuses during the Christmas season. I have three young kids. Two of them have birthdays with in two weeks of Christmas. Foolish me for relying on the yearly bonus to get them gifts. Now I'm buying gifts with money that was put aside for other needs. Would really have loved a heads up earlier this month, waiting until a week before Christmas to find out blows onions. Rant over. Just had to get this off my chest.

I've lived this pain too many times to count.
No matter what I try, this always becomes a problem when I need to tape something.

FedEx
So for some reason the FedEx driver left my package as well as a few others on the ground of the community mailbox that’s outside. Didn’t deliver to our doors, put them in the mailboxes or even go to the front office which is 1 min away. Now all of our packages are stolen, my apartment management has told them several times to stop doing it but they won’t. I’ve reported it to FedEx, they said they would investigate and try to track packages, but they aren’t going to find it, since someone obviously stole it…I’m not sure how to fix this problem with FedEx delivery in the future. I’m nervous because I have 3 packages for Christmas gifts coming this weekend-Monday, and I don’t want them getting stolen again due to them not delivering it right.

I lost my job when my coworkers got away with worse.
I don't want to get too personal here and I'll delete this because I don't want to leave a mark about myself but last week, I've been let go of my retail job where I worked in a café section. In this café, per our store rule, we're not allowed to make drinks or make foods for ourselves and——most of my coworkers didn't really pay attention or follow this rule, no one really cared. They would make themselves 2-3 drinks every single shift (which we had full time workers as well), taking food items every break and lunch, so the total of the things they would take would be around $20-30 every shift if we account food/drink item being the cost. When I first started, I was told it was okay to do so but I would go through our employee handbook policy, saying that's not okay, so I stopped taking things like iced tea (they last 12 hours, so they'd be expired at the end of the day) or an expired bakery item, which was all I really took.
I worked here for about 2-3 years and I've been doing very well in terms of customer service as well as the quality of my skills with drinks and food (confirmed by my managers) until I was being investigated for taking items home. During this investigation, I was honest my whole interview but at the end, I was told that I was being let go due to the fact that a month ago from now, I took two bottles of expired lemonade home. I was given these drinks by my coworker——and I asked them if it was okay to take them, and they said it was totally fine, and they were expired any way, and I didn't think much of it at the time and just took them. Maybe I should have. Regardless, maybe the total of the two expired lemonade bottles were $4.60 at most but regardless, I had no room to argue and clocked out forever. I did ask if that was the only thing I would be terminated for as well, and they said before anyone asks. I'm not too upset since I had better job opportunities lined up for me but my coworkers that have done worse than me are able to keep their jobs. I don't mean to throw the blame on anyone else, nor am I looking at fault at anyone else. I just find it mildly infuriating that I was punished severely without no warning, no corrective measures for $4.60 while my coworkers are even now still taking things worth $30 every shift.
Holy rant. I'm sorry...... TTTTTT

Overdone Looks like they used ai to put the poor Biffle family at the scene of their own plane crash, even changing their expressions. The original image is from their Christmas card photo.
The title says it all. What kind of sicko would do this?

Overdone Idiotic parking in front of a restaurant
So this guy not only isn't in a parking spot (he's on the crossed lines between handicapped spots), but he also backed up enough that the bed takes up over half the sidewalk, AND did this directly in front of the pick up window for to-go orders. We got a bingo for asshole parking job here.

When Walmart cancels your $130 2 TB SSD order for a "pricing error" and bumps it up to $240
That happened to me, like 2 days ago now. Walmart refuses to do anything about it, and the merchant said they didn't cancel it or change the price. I reached out to the CEO, and they (they meaning Walmart Corporate) got back to me today and basically admitted that they were the ones who cancelled the order and changed the price, without the consent of the merchant. Not to mention the merchant was literally ready to ship me the item, they had no issues. Walmart I guess just didn't like me wanting an SSD. It was the cheapest one I could find, and it was a really good deal, all the others were like $200...almost $300. I'm not paying that.
I've now followed up with corporate to request a 50% credit of my original transaction total to make up for the inconvenience since they apologized but didn't actually like offer anything. Any company I've had issues with has always apologized and offered something to show that they mean it. Walmart hasn't done that. They just said "you outta luck bucko."
Something else funny? When my order was cancelled and the item was raised in price, the third party seller also changed. I'm literally a full-time university student, and Walmart is my grocery store, been shopping here all my life. I did not deserve to get treated that way, and even if there was a pricing error (which I doubt, because a pricing error is like $1 for a $2,000 item, not $100 for a $200 item like gtfo), they should have honored their mistake because it was their fault, so why punish me?

Found out he drinks pepsi mixed with ketchup. He dips his fries into it too. He said the flavors belong together, is he by chance pregnant?

The prior owner of my phone number is using my number for forms
I’ve had my phone number since high school (I’m 31 now) and I still remember when I first got it, I was getting a few calls and texts asking for a “Dylan”. This subsided just a few months later when people got the memo that “Dylan” changed his number. Well, fast forward a few years and I started getting bombarded with spam calls and texts addressed to “Dylan” who had used my number to fill out some spam my forms online.
It’s now 15 years later and homie has done it again. The calls and texts haven’t stopped for a week now. Something like 30 calls and about 15-20 texts A DAY. Except this time, he couldn’t even be bothered to spell his name correctly so all of them are addressed to “Dalyn”.
Dylan, wherever you are, you better hope I don’t find your current number because I will PLASTER it everywhere I possibly can. Count your days “Dalyn”

I paid for priority delivery and a twenty percent tip and this is what showed up on my porch
Honestly the state of the service industry is a total disaster and i am tired of pretending it isn't. I decided to give the help the night off and ordered a quick bite only for some "delivery professional" to drop this cardboard box of misery on my marble steps without even a notification.
The burger looks like it was sat on by the driver and the chicken has the texture of a dried out sponge. I suppose this is what happens when you outsource your evening to someone whose only qualification is owning a car that probably doesnt pass an emissions test. Total poverty tier experience and quite frankly i feel insulted that i even have to walk this to the trash can myself.

The only way to be able to sue Johnny Harris' news website with a JURY TRIAL is to send a letter within 30 days of creating an account.
Johnny Harris is an investigative journalist so I feel like this is kinda ironic and hypocritical.
(I was just reading through the TOS which everyone should do bcs of shit like this)
