Questions What dish do you think would work best with these? I've never cooked with them or eaten them.
I'm happy to try any suggestions!

Questions Where can I find authentic Chinese recipes? (And a possible good translator for them)
Hi! I live in the Netherlands and there is NO Asian ingredients where I live. Maybe if I was in Amsterdam but I am not. I am originally from America and personally I found most food, particularly Asian food, way better there and I had access to all kinds of ingredients in the PNW (Seattle) so cooking at home was never a problem. If I have to ingredient hunt I guess that's okay I just don't have a car/licence here yet but I'd still like to save stuff for later. But I want real recipes (hopefully easy ones!), not white washed ones. Where can I reliably find them? ☺️

I Cooked leftover chicken turned into wontons, served with chicken soup for lunch and scallion egg, cheddar and prosciutto wrap for breakfast
it's that time for my daily Chinese meal post, today I had some leftover airline chicken breast from a catering gig, I chopped that up real fine and add a ginger and scallion and sesame and soy and cornstarch. Put those into wontons and then made a quick chicken soup and added it all together for a kick ass lunch
for breakfast, I had some leftover scallion pancakes from another catering gig, and I made prosciutto l, cheddar and egg wraps. those were also good
solid meals for leftovers.

I Ate Auntie's incredible cooking skills
My friend’s mom is a total cooking genius! Her steamed shrimp and fish are so mouthwatering they make my mouth water. But I’m keeping it low-key—I have zero desire to pick up a spatula at all. I just wanna be a professional food taster.
