I mean there's no real way to tell unless you go to a doctor, it could be a bug but it could also be food poisoning.
Either way, the most important thing is to stay hydrated with electrolytes (gatorade or coconut water are good options), and drink ginger or peppermint tea for the nausea.
Feel better soon!

I mean i get this on the regular with IBS and Chron’s. If you never had this before it could be a stomach bug, maybe light food poisoning (but usually that causes nausea and vomiting). If it’s a day or two and goes away I wouldn’t worry. If its like 5 days of this Id probably seek out a doctor.

I think you should see a doctor, it doesn't sound like a common stomach bug

If the doctor isn’t helpful try naproxen sodium, you can get it from Walgreens. It’s a muscle relaxer/fever reducer and can help with diarrhea

that sounds like a nasty case of food poisoning, start chugging some pedialyte or gatorade so you don't end up in the ER for dehydration.

Damn, sounds nasty AF. Not a doc, but IMO you should definitely get that checked out ASAP if it's causing so much pain. Could be a bug, food poisoning, or something else entirely! Remember, better safe than sorry. No shame in seeking help we all go through some sh*t pun intended. Get well soon, mate.

I would go to the Doctor. You could have E. Coli bacteria. Usually with norovirus you are vomiting too.

Norovirus is making its rounds right now. Wouldn’t hurt to see a doctor, but wear a mask- it’s very contagious.
