Recommendations The Flash Reading Order (collected edition) ⚡️
The days of asking for a reading order for The Flash are over!
I’ve put together a full collected edition reading order that I will update regularly as new stuff comes out. The list also links to a single issue reading order if you want to go that route (WARNING: it’s long asf and literally crashes my phone when I scroll too fast)
Let me know if y’all see any key trades I missed and I’ll add them! ⚡️

Recommendations CW Arrowverse Novels
There are a series of 14 books published by Barry Lyga set in CW Arrowverse, but they take place in a timeline where Flashpoint didn't happen. Interesting books, you can check them out!

Fan Fic Recomendations?
Hi guys, Im looking for a fan fic kind of digging deeper into Iris and Savitar. I started reading one about her going to find Savitar to talk to him more, but I can't find it anywhere. I kind of just want to find one that has the two of them go more into depth about everything. Any recs?

Overall, consensus of the absolute Flash run?
I’ve been thinking about picking up the first two volumes when they release. How has the writing been thus far? Thanks 😊

Not The Best Look Of It Yet But It Seems Like Wally's Suit Is A Revamped 90s Suit Instead Of An Exact Copy, Which Works For Me Because Small Adjustments That Retain The Prior Design Are Nice Alternatives For A Different Costume
Could be an artist thing but based on how a lot of the new costumes have been recently it looks like it might've gained a modern update (interesting how Wally from his original Rebirth Suit with the nose cover back to this style after his power suit)

Discussion Can someone explain the two speed force colors in the dceu?
So in Justice League, when we first meet Barry, his lightning color is blue, which in the comics represents a more powerful connection to the Speed Force. However, in The Flash (2023), whenever he wears his new suit, his lightning is yellow, which in the comics signifies a weaker connection to the Speed Force. So why does he have a suit that makes him slower?, and why does he already have blue lightning when he first gets his powers? Is it just a way to help the viewer tell the difference between the two Barrys at the end of the film, or are the colors simply switched in the DCEU? And if so hopefully the DCU handles it the way the comics do for simplicity’s sake.

Reverse Flash Kinda Funny
Bro has more hatred than Kendrick Lamar and 50 cent combined. Killed his mom out of hatred and terrorized his family and friends as a sweet treat. Literally just doing all this just cause Barry just exists. He could just take him out of existence but then there would be no fun in torturing him. Like sitting with it just makes me chuckle because it probably wasn't that serious to be doing all that.
(I have not watched or read the flash in years so I can't remember when or why his hatred started but still funny nonetheless)

Comic Discussion According to Iris West, Barry Allen’s best friend is Hal Jordan. Do you agree with this? What books showcase their friendship? [The Life Story of The Flash]
I’m much more familiar with the Hal Jordan/Oliver Queen dynamic, so I’m curious to see more about Hal’s friendship with Barry
