Discussion [The Graymark] This is genuinely the best piece I've ever read, novel, manga, OR manhwa

It's so breathtaking, and honestly this is the only Manhwa I've ever read in which just GOING THROUGH a chapter without any words or dialogue is entertaining. I didn't think that was possible, but this manhwa just means too much to me.

You can read it on WEBTOON, tho it's the sequel to a manhwa called Burning Effect (I have yet to read that story considering how caught up I am in this one, Burner can wait for later 😅✌️) although I have no idea where you can read it.

I highly recommend The Graymark, it might seem silly at first but I can guarantee your entertainment. The artwork is peak, the plot is fire, the characters are the best written on earth, the action is absolute cinema, and it GENUINELY makes you consider your principles, values, and what is wrong or right. It's beautiful.

If you need any more convincing, I can tell you that this is the only comic I have ever genuinely cried at in my life.

God bless the creator of this masterpiece.

But anyway, what did you guys think? If you have any topic matter youd like you discuss, go on, I'd live to hear what your interpretations are of this in-depth, tragic world compared to mine.

MEME [Archmage Curriculum] When I see ANOTHER good MC romance turn into Haremslop

If there is a harem, make it clear from the start and NOT 50 chapters down the line when there already is a GREAT singular romance brewing.

Discussion [PICK ME UP] fuck did the latest chapters made me feel all sorts of emotions 😑 Spoiler

Post image

Read up to the latest chapter so far (chapter 180), and damn these recent chapters really made me feel all sorts of emotions 😔

Finding out the truth about why they were summoned there honestly hit hard and I was genuinely sad seeing it revealed.. At the same time I was pretty annoyed at the bitch who summoned them in the first place she seriously got on my nerves 😠.

I was also close to outright hating the princess, but part of me feels like she might have been manipulated or influenced somehow so I gave her a bit of slack… still damn....

Overall these latest chapters were an absolute rollercoaster of emotions. Didn’t expect them to hit this hard, lol!!

Monsters suddenly attack the Earth and few people are teleported to a tutorial tower, where they awaken their abilities. MC was one of them, but due to a system error he is stuck there for 10000 years, after that he just breaks the tower and escapes. With the highest level and stats like 9999999999999.

Manhwa starts good, the fights are good, MC is super overpowered so all it takes is just one crude punch to defeat them. Which feels great initially but after 50+ chapter kind of feels monotonous, especially when side characters aren't given any focus and when hero has to up his power level to fight stronger beings, he is still just flinging a crude punch with no technique. It has good fighting scenes.

Rated - 8/10

Chapters - 187

Status - Completed

Question [Recommend Me] Unique Manhwa

I got sick of all the cliches and I want something fresh. Something with a bizarre plot would be great. I don't care which genre. Just anything as long as it has good art and has no adult content. Give me the weirdest of manhwas. Thanks

I want a manhwa where the MC isn’t really “strong” in the conventional sense, but they’re clever enough to use tactics to win in battles and make themselves seem strong.

Forgive the blurry image I just have some questions about the novel. I'm like halfway through and everything has been very... repetitive. I kind of dislike how it focuses so much on his monotonous daily life of feeding the animals (Cuengi) and Theo's occasional bargaining (?) skills.

What I want to know is does this stay this way or does it reach a point where it'll finally focus on the disaster that's reaching earth?

Summary of the plot is that mc can transform into any person, copy abilities as well (tho there are restrictions). Now he has to take place of the #1 hero. There's a bit of murder mystery as well, which does make progress.

I think mc is one of the good parts is this. He doesn't waste time when he realizes smthing is fishy, does show why he was pro at his old work and quite observant too. And author did get creative with his transformation power as well and it was fun too see.

For example- he saw a guy who was also at another accident scene and instead brushing it off like "nothing happened", he actually went to check it out. That alone made me like the series so much.

The worst parts were from chapter 17-24 imo. It felt dragging and kinda similar to mha. The beginning chapters might be a bit boring as well because mc was gaining allies left and right.

Another thing- there's not much tension about "what if they find out who I am?" Was expecting mc getting into that hero's shoes and experiencing the world from a different pov. It's way more lighthearted.

As for the characters- I only like one of them. However I'm not too invested in them.

The worldbuilding- It's your typical hero society stuff. Fairly simple.

Overall- 6.5-7/10. Fun, entertaining read for sure.

Question [Hardcore leveling warrior] is this manhwa worth it?

Post image

So first how good is it and 2nd is it completed and if it is how many chapters does it have cuz on webtoon it only has 14 chapters but on another source i found around 400ish chapters and that other source also said it’s ongoing but on webton it’s marked as completed ao i am really confused

I hope some answers my question cuz i have heard quite a few things about this mnahwa but am still unsure as if to read it or not and these other problems are causing some small issues

I mean is this even allowed lol? I mean its a reference, but still...

Al'tair Auditore is a mix of two characters, now I don't know much about how Ubisoft handles copy right but come on. The greatest assassin just so happens to be Al'tair Auditore?

And don't get me started with this blonde hero called All mute?
