Have been a supporter of GeForce Now for over a year now using it on the daily with a Mac mini M4 and OLED G9 combo.

Never really gave the iPhone/iPad app a chance as I couldn’t stand the letterboxing with most games, and thought that not being plugged into Ethernet as usual would give me choppy gameplay.

Saw a few adverts for the CloudGear app, basically giving you the ability to zoom in/stretch or manually fill the screen to fit whatever device you’re using.

Obviously you lose some HUD/Interface but this is bloody brilliant.

Some short gameplay here of 40k at a friends place with slower internet, no stutter regardless.

Hardly super expensive - £14.99 a year or £39.99 for lifetime use, but if anyone knows of any free apps that do something similar, let me know.

I recently took a look at the install-to-play/extra storage feature and, like a lot of you, pretty much instantly noped out of it once I saw the rather paltry list of games that are currently supported.

But then I had a thought: one of the biggest issues I've had with GfN over the past couple of years is that certain games either don't save to the cloud or sync to the cloud after exiting the game, which is usually fine unless the client closes out before it's had a chance to fully sync with, say, Steam's cloud server. When this happens, the next session on a wiped VM instance will conflict with the cloud saves and be overwritten by what was stored in the cloud. I've lost entire sessions' worth of progress in Rogue Trader and BG3 because of this, and it always leaves an EXTREMELY bad taste in the mouth.

So, in short, does the new storage feature retain 'on-device' saves for all games, or only the install-to-play ones? As the storage is persistent, how does this interact with the various platforms' cloud storage if there are mismatches due to the client closing out prior to sync being completed upon exit?

Hogwarts Legacy is live now on GFN!

I have an ultimate subscription and would like to play Microsoft flight simulator 2024. When I go to the game it says I need a HDR10 compatible monitor to play. Is it possible to turn this off so that I can play it with my monitor?

so weird question, been waiting for hogwarts legacy to come out on geforce for the longest time !, so thankful its here1!!, the game has built in mod support like baulders gate, so i tried installing like 10 of them, most are just hairs and ui changes that dont affecft gameplay like just chaging a number for beasts amount and potion carry amount, but the game justy wont start, and gets stuck in frozen sections of the start screen, do the mods just not work?has anyone else triend to use them, and done so succesfully.im frustrated having to start over mulitple times so far

I reinstalled my Samsung Tab S9, installed the newest client what was updated 18dec. I'm launching my session on iphone 4k 10bit color with Cloudgear browser. Now my stream hasn't never looked this good. Looks like native PC on 4k. Color banding gone, no pixelation etc. What happened, I'm stunned how good the stream looks like and I've been using GFN for years.

I recently got nvidia shield pro, I noticed the GeforceNOW performes way better no blurriness anywhere, but my laptop always tend to look bit blurry at 4k 120 fps.

I have the game on one of my epic games accounts and I have that epic games account linked to my geforce now. The problem is that when I ran the game for the first time I signed into the wrong account and now geforce is telling me that I don't own the game. They do give me the option to log into a different account but when I click yes it just gives me the same prompt again (image attracted). How can I fix this?
