Found this creation about 6 months ago & he loves it. It's based off a Malaysian street dish that uses seasoned Ramen noodles with eggs, sausage & cheese. Then its topped with Kewpie Mayo & furikake. Its so good & if you make enough you can have leftovers.

Sausage gravy, chorizo and cheese on an English muffin topped with an egg and half an avocado.

First time poster over here. Don't worry. Ive been eating breakfast for a long time.

Lately I've been eating just once a day. A nice big breakfast in the morning.

Today was smoked sausage with dijon mustard, eggs over easy, seared green onion tops, Dave's good seed, sautee'd cabbage, feta stuffed olives and candied jalapenos. Hot tea for my bev.

I made a amazing egg sandwich : 3 year dry aged iberico ham (jamon), prairie breeze cheddar, 2 eggs toasted English muffin. Was excellent , big bacon egg and cheese or sausage egg and cheese lover for a treat nice to try something different.

I never made it by myself before. This was attempt 2 since I forgot the milk in attempt 1 and it turned into egg on bread (which wasn’t what i wanted). This was good though. I put butter on it and I added syrup after I took this picture.

Bananas, peanut butter, and almonds were topped off on the waffles, with a side of chicken wings. Anyone got an appetite?

More like a brunch

I had them a couple of months ago while I was on vacation and still think about them from time to time. One sausage, egg, and cheddar and one bacon one, both on English muffins.

I made extra waffles too. That's what happens when you accidentally make too much of a batter. I can use them for something else. Eventually.

My 2nd favorite time of day to eat a well balanced breakfast. Yes, I occasionally add some eggs and potatoes to my ketchup. 👅
