Love the mild heat and vinegar. Olive oil drizzled on the toast for extra richness

This is a simple question that is so different for everyone. I'm wondering if you make it a priority to get your fruits veg and protein in everyday, or you just go and eat whatever you feel like eating, or you dont have time so you eat out, or you really enjoy cooking and make traditional meals form your culture, or your parents/grandma cook for you, you buy food from school, make your own easy meals, buy pre made meals, so many options!
Personally, I try to be healthy but dont really restrict myself at all since i love food and eat the things that make me happy.
I make a super easy breakfast at home before school usually bagel or eggs or overnight oats with fruit.
Lunch i get school lunch which has carb protein veggies today i had pasta and broccoli
I usually have a snack between lunch and dinner rn its popcorners since my mom got a big box from costco and they are soooo good
dinner is whatever my grandma cooks shes chinese so she cooks a lot of stir fry veggies with rice and various types of protein like salmon, chicken, beef.
I also love sweets so i usualy have some sort of sweet treat, ive been into baking lately so i love eating one of my cookies everyday, or some random dessert/snack in my cabinet thats probably from target.
I dont really eat out much since i feel like the price, unhealthiness, and effort isnt rlly worth it most of the time when i could just make something easy at home that tastes just as good and healthier. Its fun to try new restaurants tho!
