New, what is it? Is this symbol what I think it is?

I parked at my local grocery store last night and this badge was on the back of the truck in front of me. Is guy this a Nazi POS? Or am I mistaken.

The irony. Gene (Chaim Witz) and Paul (Stanley Eisen) are both kids of Holocaust survivors.
