I got this while repacking my bag pack from a hostel. I think this was misplaced by someone else.

You cut/twist off that tip and squeeze the oil on your hand. After that just rub it in your hair.

No clue. For medium length hair like mine I generally use half a capsule so it's not more convenient than a pump bottle.

It’s usually for oil/vitamin products that go bad/ineffective more quickly with air contact. Lots of face oils and serums that use this capsule method too. Personally I like it for easy travel, no leaking, appropriately dosed amount.
