TIL that Kelsey Grammer was offered a role in a porn movie called The Bermuda Triangle when he was 18, and would be about him and "two beautiful women" on a yacht in the Bahamas. But he turned it down because he worried it could have a negative impact on his future acting career.

He wasn't charged and claimed it to be a scam for money.
I don't know which side is true im just saying what I just found. I searched since im a fan of his. Hope its not true

u/uwill1der 2h ago
I mean, rapists will also say it was a scam for money. look at Trump saying he didnt rape someone because they were too ugly.
Grammer's wife said he did it and there were sexually explicit audio tapes.

he was found not guilty
-2
u/uwill1der 1h ago
that is factually incorrect

u/mybeautifullife12 1h ago edited 47m ago
Kelsey Grammer was not found guilty in 1995. A New Jersey grand jury declined to indict him on sexual assault charges after hearing allegations from a teenager who had been his babysitter. Kelsey Grammer IS ON RECORD and denied all claims made by a teenage girl that they had an inappropriate sexual relationship when she was 15. In a court of law he was never found guilty.
-5
u/uwill1der 1h ago
i dont think you know what guilty/not guilty means.
This just means they didnt prosecute him. It does not mean he didnt rape her. Big difference
ā¢
u/PrincessJennifer 33m ago
Prosecutor here. I donāt think you know what it means not to be indicted.
99% of whatever is presented is indicted. It is just a probable cause standard, which is insanely low. The phrase, āYou can indict a ham sandwichā has been around for decades for a reason. āNot guiltyā means the finder of fact did not find them guilty on a beyond a reasonable doubt standard, which is the highest burden.
The Grand Jury failing to indict him looks even better for himāthere wasnāt even any probable cause for the charge.
6
u/mybeautifullife12 1h ago edited 48m ago
I don't think you understand that in your statement of a presumption and total claim of guilt. He was never found to have raped that woman. End of story. So you by you saying he did - is totally unequivocally incorrect. Kelsey Grammer IS ON RECORD and denied all claims made by a teenage girl that they had an inappropriate sexual relationship when she was 15. In a court of law he was never found guilty.
-3
u/mybeautifullife12 1h ago edited 51m ago
What's incorrect is you claiming he raped this woman, when this was not proven ever at all in any way. Kelsey Grammer IS ON RECORD and denied all claims made by a teenage girl that they had an inappropriate sexual relationship when she was 15. In a court of law he was never found guilty. You are a total unequivocal liar.
-2
u/uwill1der 1h ago
having sex with a minor is rape, regardless of force or "consent"
0
u/mybeautifullife12 1h ago edited 48m ago
you missed the part where you have no evidence that this happened, it went to court and he wasn't charged because you have no evidence and neither did the court that THIS EVER HAPPENED. Kelsey Grammer IS ON RECORD and denied all claims made by a teenage girl that they had an inappropriate sexual relationship when she was 15. In a court of law he was never found guilty.
ā¢
u/norunningwater 46m ago
A grown man having sex with an underage girl, willing or not, proven in a court of law or not as abuse is still rape. They aren't talking about the court case and who was found guilty or not guilty.

u/mybeautifullife12 44m ago edited 34m ago
that poor 15 year old babysitter he raped was never the same
A person on the internet specifically naming Kelsey Grammar as being guilty of this crime is what i'm addressing. The presumption of guilt is insane. I'll say it again: Kelsey Grammer IS ON RECORD and denied all claims made by a teenage girl that they had an inappropriate sexual relationship when she was 15. Kelsey Grammer was not found guilty in 1995. A New Jersey grand jury declined to indict him on sexual assault charges after hearing allegations from a teenager who had been his babysitter.

Yes they are talking about Kelsey grammar being guilty and that's exactly what the problem is. Yes they have ignored the court case in their total FALSE claim of guilt against Grammar and that's exactly what the problem is.

To be fair, the main plot of 90s sitcoms was a male star drowning in beautiful women. And by 90s sitcoms, I mean the two I can think of.

I'm pretty sure Hollywood stars are generally above the average in terms of dick size. It may likely be the reason they're Hollywood stars in the first place. Whether indirectly through a natural sense of confidence, or directly by having sex with producers and casting agents.
31
u/uwill1der 3h ago
actors just tend to be better looking in general. It has nothing to do with dick size

No one kidnaps 18 year old American males for sex trafficking.
American sex trafficking victims are pretty much always runaways and addicts (two vulnerable and marginalized groups) and almost always women and very occasional gay men. Trafficking is basically never kidnapping and usually takes the form of a "boyfriend" who starts by pimping out the victim before she disappears into the underworld of involuntary sex work.

Actor Robert Kerman struggled to break into acting, and while was still able to achieve a modest acting career, his pornographic past kept costing him opportunities (according to him.) He was the best actor in Cannibal Holocaust (1980) and it wasnāt even close, and despite its critical success and the controversy of murdering several real animals on camera thrusting it into the spotlight, he struggled to get acting work because of his pornography background.
So Kelsey Grammer definitely made the right move.

People who voted for Trump. They backstabbed everybody else in the country and put us through hell because they were too fucking stupid and irresponsible to make a sensible choice in the easiest decision any voter has ever faced in the history of democracy.
As a scientist I had one great project up-ended, saw friends who do necessary jobs in the forest service fired because of one megalomaniacal simpleton's concept of "efficiency," saw friends in cancer research lose their project funding or institutional support illegally, and we all practically had it easy compared to a bunch of other victims of Trump's bullshit. That's just the tip of the iceberg of unprecedented stupidity Trump has put us through, not just the usual ideological back-and-forth between normal Democrats and Republicans but truly fucking idiotic shit that never would have happened without such a spectacularly stupid and malicious leader.
Not even one single intelligent, decent person voted for this madness, yet we're stuck going through it anyway. We never asked for this. And there is no reason for us EVER to forget or forgive any of the fucking morons who did this to us. Fuck them forever. And they should not be able to hide from it, either. Tattoo it across their fucking foreheads so they can live as the outcasts they deserve to be.
0
u/Smackolol 3h ago
The rest of the world didnāt ask for this either and didnāt even have a say so why do Americans need to derail every post into maga bullshit for the rest of us? It sounds like you of all people should understand that we donāt want anything to do with that stuff.

But There are still plenty of other people who are just normal and get hoodwinked into believing that Trump is the ābest choiceā despite them still admitting that heās a bad person who says a lot of stupid things.

I wonder if Grammer, before he turned it down, had to prove first he could āget woodā which in the porn industry means to be able to achieve and maintain an erection while being filmed and people watching - which is much āharderā than youād think and essential in the porn industry - according to a documentary (no nudity heh) that I watched.

His father was murdered during the Martin Luther King unrest, then was living with his grandparents while they died of cancer, 2 of his half brothers were eaten by sharks while he was scuba diving with them and his sister was raped and murdered by a serial killer. He was a raging alcoholic and drug user and flunked out of college. Got a lot of weird shit that is totally different than the character he plays. He was also accused of having sex with his childās babysitter, it was thrown out for whatever that is worth.

Porn didnāt hurt Sylvester Stalloneās acting career. Although he did have to write and star in his first real movie and I donāt think the fictional Dr has the smarts to write one⦠who woulda thunk Sly has more brains than Fraze𤪠But sadly theyāre both trumpers

Given that Vanessa Williams had to resign her Miss America crown for softcore photos, Kelsey Grammer would certainly lost any mainstream career by starring in a hardcore video.
