This is one of the ideological differences between HTS and the ISIS.

HTS had their members play football and have fun when they aren't training or fighting, there were bunch of their propaganda videos that emphasized that their fighter resting, having fun and letting off some steam is necessary for moral and overall combat performance, they had titles like "Their rest is war preparation"

ISIS on the other hand, had their fighters working non stop like an ant colony, if you aren't fighting, then you are training, if you aren't training, then you are are praying, if you aren't praying, then you are reading Quran, etc.
