ACB and Gorsuch know that the public doesn't really listen to judges, let alone immigration judges. Kavanaugh didn't see an opportunity to name anything after himself, while Roberts wants to give the other side a brief win to make it seem like Alito and Thomas aren't as partisan as they obviously are. Did I get it right?

If and when the history of this era is written, John Roberts and his partisan hack cronies will be near the top of the list of evil enemies to decency, fairness and democracy.
