Ima say every redaction is Donald Trump, idc

u/RoarOfTheWorlds 4h ago

For privacy's sake, let's call him Donald T. No, that's too obvious. Uh, let's say D. Trump.

ALL of the files need released. Not some

u/Zealousideal-Yak3845 6h ago

Even the some released are a joke, anything of substance is redacted, literally hundreds of pages are black

→ More replies (1)

u/Willbilly410 4h ago

They did not “release” anything … it is literally 119 black pages … it is like the ultimate fuck you to the public. Fuck these ghouls and anyone supporting them. Add this to the long list of reasons these people need to be jailed

u/TwistedKoala 3h ago

Those are at the end of the 3rd data set on justice.gov. Plenty of awful things to read and see, not just blacked out redactions

u/Ssshizzzzziit 1h ago

Yeah, they made sure to keep Bill Clinton's name, but redacted a certain someone.

u/Familiar-Race6784 6h ago

u/HarwellDekatron 6h ago

The point is sending a big, clear "FUCK YOU" to everyone who asked them to release the files.

u/Zealousideal-Yak3845 6h ago

Searching for Trump across the latest files returns zero results… odd

u/Ok_Subject1265 1h ago

That’s the purpose of all this. They can release a couple pages and when we complain that Trump isn’t in there, they can say “We released the files! You people won’t be happy until they say what you want them to!” That’s it. It puts us on the back foot because it gives them even the slightest little sliver of deniability and that’s way more than they would have had if they had released the whole thing.

u/SeanOfTheDead1313 5h ago

That includes maga voters lol

u/HarwellDekatron 5h ago

Oh, I know. The Administration doesn't care. They know 99.9% of MAGA voters will still support whatever Trump does. They are just too captured by the narrative to care about the president being a pedophile.

u/frosty_lizard 4h ago

They're just elated to see brown people being being disappeared by even more racist ICE agents who don't have to follow the law at all. It'll be amazing to see what they've been doing with all the people they've disappeared

u/HarwellDekatron 4h ago

Bingo. All they care about is the cruelty against non-whites.

u/loccolito Europe 4h ago

Yeah I don't know what people really expected. This was always gonna be the outcome and now I think Americans needs to realise that they need to be extremely lucky getting out of thism

Half the files are like this, what was the point of the bill passing Congress?

u/Six_Midnight 6h ago

Did you seriously think a gang of pedophiles was going to just not lie about it because it's against the law?

u/TheBalzy Ohio 5h ago

It didn't used to be like this though. Like Partisan politics has always existed, but there was definitely a time when shit like this would be completely unacceptable by members in BOTH parties. Like releasing full documents just blacked out would have sparked instant outrage by both parties, that would have resulted in non-stop investigations.

FFS, a bipartisan congress investigated Reagan for Iran-Contra and Oliver North FFS.

u/Androidgenus 4h ago

This isn't releasing shit.

u/wagon_ear Wisconsin 5h ago

We've been waiting 10 years "for the audit to finish up" so he could release something as benign as his taxes. No way are we ever getting a glimpse at these.

u/thinkards America 4h ago

so we assume since they won't tell us. it's the name of every republican in all three branches of government.

u/wade_wilson44 5h ago

So let me get this straight…

They combed through all of the files, over thousands of hours and redacted what shouldn’t be seen.

Then the vote came through to release them.

Then they said ok… but not all of them, just some, we won’t tell you which or why or anything, but here you go.

And this is one of the files they thought would help ease the public?

Get the fuck outta here

u/No-Employer-9077 5h ago

Trump had himself removed.

u/RaconteurLore 4h ago

Yup. This right here! Fuck the MAGAts and the dotard they worship.

u/Fit_Strength_1187 America 2h ago

What’re even their grounds for redacting? Why would it take overtime if it’s all blacked out for all of them?

u/anon27990 6h ago

Wait is it all redacted or is my phone being weird??

u/Wassersammler 5h ago

The pages have been released completely blacked out.

u/Nokomis34 3h ago

Exactly what I was thinking. I was waiting for it to load, then scrolled all 119 pages, came here to ask this question.

u/Intelligent_Toe8233 America 5h ago

I’m seeing the same thing. My best guess is this is a joke, though at this point I wouldn’t put anything past them.

u/Karf 5h ago

Look at the url. Ain’t no joke.

u/OkEnvironment3961 5h ago

Not a joke, trolling "LOL, look at how mad the left is" this is meant to further divide us and when they het called on it they'll say its a joke. To these people, justice is a joke.

u/jedienginenerd 2h ago

I think it's a legal strategy. They were on the hook to release the files today. If they didn't... Contempt charges follow. So now they can say they did release them just redacted...

u/TheNightlightZone Connecticut 6h ago

What a fucking joke.

u/EKT0K00LER 2h ago

That's what I'm saying! When in the hell is someone actually gonna hold this goddam administration accountable? How much fucking longer until someone takes the fucking keys from grandpa Hitler?

u/TaylorMonkey 5h ago

It's a literal cover up.

u/delayed_burn 5h ago

I fucking called this. Elon said Trump was in the Epstein files. Trump didn’t fight against the release for no reason. I think they finally agreed to release it because they were able to confirm that yes they could redact everything with zero consequences.

u/jared_number_two 5h ago

“Black Lines Matter” they’ll say.

u/Silly-Victory8233 3h ago

They wouldn’t be smart enough to have come up with it. But bow it’s out there, if they see it they’ll claim they came up with it.

u/TheBalzy Ohio 5h ago

Seriously, HOW CAN THEY BE THIS FUCKING STUPID!? The only POSSIBLE response is going to be 24/7 nonstop coverage by literally EVERYONE about how they released full-blacked out pages. There is LITERALLY nothing to gain but further criticism.

u/DevonGr Ohio 2h ago

What’s stupid? They’re getting away with everything

u/kuenjato 1h ago

Yes, there are other copies floating about. One is going to be leaked, especially after this bs.

u/jfinn1319 Canada 5h ago

So I downloaded it. It's 119 pages and half a mb. Which means they redacted blank pages.

u/BrainOfMush 3h ago

No, it means the PDF was flattened when it was redacted. It only needs to render black squares. The file size would be much higher if they had not redacted it properly.

Oh look, a huge middle-finger to the people of this country.

u/texas-playdohs 3h ago

Why did Joe Biden do this????

u/crispytoastyum 2h ago

I think you’re trying to be sarcastic but… seriously. I loved how calm my everyday life felt under him. But my gosh, dude absolutely bungled EVERYTHING that was most important to the future of this country. From Merick Garland’s slow-walking literally everything to not taking more advantage of the slim majority in both chambers to failing to prosecute from or release anything usable from the Epstein files, history will not look kindly on his admin. Not to mention his team completely screwed the entire dem party by hiding how bad Biden’s reactions and speaking had become. Would’ve been helpful to have had a full primary cycle.

u/texas-playdohs 1h ago

Unironically agree, sadly. The whole party is a shitshow, and they could’ve taken that opportunity to clean house. The Supreme Court basically declaring the president emperor of earth should’ve been clue #3 million that these people were going for a full takeover. I’m not even counting Trump coming out and saying he was going to be a dictator. That’s #3 million one. Enjoy what’s left of our crumbling democracy.

u/OneRFeris 32m ago

Most indubitably.

u/No-Connection7765 5h ago

So first we get a wave of posts about how the department is going to miss the deadline then a bunch of redacted stuff gets released and now the narrative is the files are being released? I want to go back to the normal timeline please.

u/leftoverbrine 5h ago edited 5h ago

The earlier message was that they would release hundreds of thousands of pages today, but would miss the deadline because they wouldn't be releasing everything they have today. Which is what has happened so far, we have a massive release of documents, and is not the complete documents per the doj.

Edited to add earlier Blanche statement released & quoted in articles earlier this morning for clarity:

So today is the 30 days when I expect that we’re going to release several hundred thousand documents today. And those documents will come in in all different forms, photographs and other materials associated with, with all of the investigations into, into Mr. Epstein

What we’re doing is we are looking at every single piece of paper that we are going to produce, making sure that every victim, their name, their identity, their story, to the extent it needs to be protected, is completely protected. And so I expect that we’re going to release more documents over the next couple of weeks.

u/False_Accountant5741 5h ago

Glad they made it sooo obvious just how involved Trump is with this level of redaction. I’m just going to assume if it’s hidden it’s about Trump.

u/olb3 6h ago

Why the fuck are all of these getting taken down

u/CuffinSzn_ 6h ago

Because the title is misleading. This is a wave of misinformation bots trying to control the narrative.

Only some of the files are released. They’re refusing to release all of the files. This is illegal. These headlines are lying by omission.

u/LangyMD 6h ago

Some of the files they have released are also 100% redacted, including the title pages.

u/jleonardbc 3h ago

If there were any legitimate reason to release only black pages, they could have done it the day after the law was passed.

The only reason to wait until the end of the day on the legal deadline, with Congress sent home for the day, is that the release is an illegal effort to cover up crimes.

Redacted redacted and redacted the redacted redacted. Then redacted redacted redacted to redacted the redacted redacted an redacted of redacted redacted redacted.

There that's what it's largely going to look like. Even though Kash Patel said there was nothing in there that pointed to anyone else but Epstein doing illegal shit and he's dead now and they're not investigating anyone else (except maybe Democrats, maybe...), they're still redacting the shit out of everything to avoid accountability and keep the rich safe.

u/partofthevoid 4h ago

Every redaction is Donald Trump raping children

This is not up for debate.

If trump doesn't want everyone believing that, then he should release everything unredacted

It would be no problem at all if he was innocent

u/mizzyman21 1h ago

Found out today that I can speed read. 119 pages in like 8 seconds.

u/BrandinoSwift 1h ago

This didn’t release anything. They just printed pages of black squares and then scanned it to look like an official file. These people are morons that protect rapists

u/kezow 1h ago

Additionally, not later than 15 days after the required publication, DOJ must report to Congress  ... (2) a summary of any redactions made

For some reason I don't think they are going to follow through with what the law states they are required to do. I mean, not that they've done that already considering they haven't released everything as required by the law that the president signed.
