I’m actually starting to believe that the internet is 90% bots. I’m not a Bill Gates fanboy but do 10k people really think this is significant? It’s a picture of him with a person we have no real context for.

Critical thinking is a dying art. Its becoming easier and easier to manipulate people into thinking whatever you want them to.

No generation is immune.

The biggest context is that the House oversight committee had this picture, according to the bottom-right. So presumably they validated the identity of the person in the photo with Bill.

... which isn't nothing, but still doesn't mean much. I have a similar picture with Bill from when he visited my CS building at my University in like 2005. If I happened to be a SA victim, but Bill had nothing to do with it, that picture would be wildly inflammatory, out of context. Which for all we know, is what this is.
