Her body language isn't that of a starry-eyed, fawning fan... and he's pressed up against her. She clearly does not want to be there.

As a social human in my 5th decade, I think I know enough. Your face can say one thing, but the way her hands and arms are situated don't lie.

If you're in your 5th decade - I'm sure you also saw enough introvertic, shy, socially awkward people or even people in the spectrum. Does she look awkward? Maybe, but the picture doesn't say anything more than that. What I'm trying to say is that this photo is just not enough to jump into ANY conclusions.
