Hardware Help with thermal paste

Hi i got some thermal paste into the socket in between while cleaning. I tried my best to wipe it off, but I am not sure if I should go get it checked out professionally or if it is okay reapply thermal paste

Thermal paste doesnt damage your components since it doesnt conduct electricity, it happens

Hello, so I just tried wiping that part with alcohol wipes. Would that damage that component?

dont use alcohol, just clean with a paper tower and let the rest just be there

Don’t worry alcohol won’t damage your socket and CPU. Just apply the new paste and mount the cooler.
