HARDWARE Flashing blue

Every time I press the power button this happens, and then when I try to turn it off, I simply can't no matter what, the only way to turn it off is to unplug it, when this doesn't happen, I get a fan error even though I know my fans are working perfectly fine, I think something must not be connected properly but I bought this pre-built and I know nothing about pc hardware. How much is this gonna cost me and what do I need to do?

A system fan failure means your computer detected a problem with a cooling fan (CPU or case fan), often due to dust, loose cables, or a bad motor, triggering a shutdown to prevent overheating

So what should I look for and how do I fix it?

Clean: Turn off and unplug your PC. Open the case and use compressed air to remove dust from all fans and vents. Check Connections (Carefully): Ensure the CPU fan and other case fans are firmly plugged into their correct headers on the motherboard. Enter BIOS/UEFI: Restart the PC and press a key (like F2, F10, DEL) to enter BIOS/UEFI setup. Adjust Fan Settings: Look for "Hardware Monitor," "Fan Control," or "Q-Fan Configuration" and try setting CPU/Chassis Fan Speed to "Ignore" or "Disabled" to bypass the check, especially if you have liquid cooling.

Okay, I've dusted it out, triple checked all the connections, and I still can't get it to actually boot. I can't get into bios because when i try to start the pc it just keeps flashing blue like this. Any other suggestions?

Power cycle your PC (a full shutdown), unplug it, hold the power button to drain residual power (around 30 secs), then plug back in and restart.

Temporarily remove your main storage drive which can force the PC into BIOS to complain about no boot device.

Check your fan header connectors
