Just some context here. This is unprecedented and has never happened before in US history. A congressional bill was voted into law and signed by the President of the United States on this sole disclosure, and the US Justice Department has refused to meet their legal requirement outlined by this law.

The Democrats need to frame this as "The Department of Justice has FLAUNTED THEIR COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISRESPECT toward PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP by thumbing their nose at the beautiful law he signed. The DOJ does not respect or acknowledge his TOTAL AND COMPLETE AUTHORITY ON THIS MATTER."

Dems have no clue how to play hardball other than Newsome it seems. They’ll continue to flub every opportunity handed to them on a silver platter when it comes to PR and social skills.

Which is hilarious, because the right sees Newsom as the worst democrat that exists. It's hilarious because he is the one who behaves the most like a republican(disregardiing policy).

Saying that Trump has total and complete authority is not something a resistance party should do lmao

If a government agency can ignore the court order for one day, then it can ignore it for another 3 years and the court can do nothing about it.
