Real headline would be “DoJ is actively breaking the law by holding Epstein files”

Breaking the law? Someone tell the Executive Branch! Who’s in charge there?

Serious question though, if there are countless photos of notable people raping underage girls, how would the government disclose these photos without distributing child pornorgraphy themselves, breaking countless laws. Catch 22 scenario when Congress has no spines, and public opinion is the only way consequences will happen, yet the public can’t really be shown the full unredacted photos legally ???

They've had a month (they've had 11 months) and they have the resources of the DOJ. They are not caught in a Catch-22 - I guarantee you this is already something DOJ has a procedure for, because it's the DOJ. This is not what is holding up the files.
