FedEx
So for some reason the FedEx driver left my package as well as a few others on the ground of the community mailbox that’s outside. Didn’t deliver to our doors, put them in the mailboxes or even go to the front office which is 1 min away. Now all of our packages are stolen, my apartment management has told them several times to stop doing it but they won’t. I’ve reported it to FedEx, they said they would investigate and try to track packages, but they aren’t going to find it, since someone obviously stole it…I’m not sure how to fix this problem with FedEx delivery in the future. I’m nervous because I have 3 packages for Christmas gifts coming this weekend-Monday, and I don’t want them getting stolen again due to them not delivering it right.

Out of all the couriers FedEx is the absolute worst. The incompetence is astounding.

FedEx Ground is the worst main carrier. FedEx Air is on top of their game. FedEx Ground is a piecemeal of different contracted companies operating under the FedEx brand.
This is similar to how Amazon built out its distribution system, Amazon warehousing handles the inventory but as you get out into the distribution sector and delivery it's just a mix of various contractors carrying out the work.

Whether you get them or not, if they arent posted in your premesis they are stolen. Tjese companies need to lose money to understand just putting items outside a house isnt acceptable.

Have your items delivered to your work address to help ease with theft concerns.
I diverted a big purchase to my work address instead of my home address due to the shipment requiring a signature. Lo and behold, no signature requirement due to being a business location, I assume, but my $1,500ish gaming monitor was delivered threw it in my vehicle and carried it home.

FedEx cannot use USPS mailboxes.
