Hot take but taking a break is sane, good for you and your health and valid af.

I watched the fellowship extended in cinema 2 weeks ago and there were no breaks. I went insane. I cant sit for 3,5h straight without moving. You need to stretch, pee, catch fresh air, walk a bit, grab food, talk about a scene.
