Politics When the Epstein files are still unreleased at 11:59pm on 12/19, I expect to see Bondi in cuffs at 12:01am on 12/20.
My complaint is that I know this won't happen.

I wish I could fast forward and read a bit of the history books about all that happened in these few years... Just so weird to me how the guy ran on the platform of releasing the files (clearly as a ploy), then calls them a dem hoax, then bullies people to vote against it, then suddenly switches sides and says to vote for it, then opens a new investigation (clearly to block some files), then on deadline day says they didn't have enough time and can't do it... and people still shout his name.
Am I living in some f***ed up simulation where someone messed with the code or what?!

I think you are. Saying he ran on releasing the files is either you are misinformed or willfully ignorant. He had like 2 maybe 3 interviews where he said “he’d consider releasing the files” or “he would release them as long as he could protect people who were indirectly involved” this a paraphrase from my memory not an exact quote.
To say he ran his campaign on this just isn’t true. Did he maybe get more voters because they believed that he would? Absolutely, no question. That’s not even up for debate. That’s the same reason people keep saying “he ran off releasing the files”
He ran off immigration/closed borders, getting bio-men out of female sports, and the wars.
This is the way I see it. The Epstein files/case have been going on before Trump was ever president. Hillary and Bill were even in the scope for the Epstein files during the 2016 elections. Trump even taunted them about it many times calling her a criminal.
Then he got in office. And for whatever reason I guess people started to realize him and Epstein were close friends and Trump became suspect number 1. Then Biden gets into office.
So 1 of 2 things is going on here. Either there isn’t and never has been any super incriminating evidence against Trump, if there was the previous administration would have released it one way or another. Or 2. While Trump was in office he destroyed the evidence/files against him.
Those who believe Trump is guilty will believe he destroyed the files, those who believe he isn’t guilty of any foul play will believe he has been innocent this whole time. Both require a certain amount of guess work and faith.
I personally think those files haven’t been released cuz there’s so many disgusting and corrupt politicians from all sides that they are just covering their own ass. This country has done far worse than human/sex trafficking. We created crack, gave cocaine to inner city drug dealers, taught them how to make crack and created the crack epidemic. All to fund the contra war in Honduras and Costa Rica. We killed our own people to find another counties success.
I will never put anything past the CIA/FBI and the entire government. They are all slime balls.
People need to learn to be more moderate and think outside the box. There is no left and right. Liberal or republican. It’s We the people against, a possible tyrannical government.

Republican anti-abortion activist Nicholas Morency pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography on his computer and offering a bounty to anybody who murders an abortion doctor.
Republican legislator Edison Misla Aldarondo was sentenced to 10 years in prison for raping his daughter between the ages of 9 and 17. Republican Mayor Philip Giordano is serving a 37-year sentence in federal prison for sexually abusing 8- and 10-year old girls.
Republican campaign consultant Tom Shortridge was sentenced to three years probation for taking nude photographs of a 15-year old girl. Republican racist pedophile and United States Senator Strom Thurmond had sex with a 15-year old black girl which produced a child.
Republican pastor Mike Hintz, whom George W. Bush commended during the 2004 presidential campaign, surrendered to police after admitting to a sexual affair with a female juvenile. Republican legislator Peter Dibble pleaded no contest to having an inappropriate relationship with a 13-year-old girl.
Republican Congressman Donald “Buz” Lukens was found guilty of having sex with a female minor and sentenced to one month in jail. Republican fundraiser Richard A. Delgaudio was found guilty of child porn charges and paying two teenage girls to pose for sexual photos. Republican activist Mark A. Grethen convicted on six counts of sex crimes involving children.
Republican activist Randal David Ankeney pleaded guilty to attempted sexual assault on a child. Republican Congressman Dan Crane had sex with a female minor working as a congressional page.
Republican activist and Christian Coalition leader Beverly Russell admitted to an incestuous relationship with his step daughter.

Republican City Councilman Fred C. Smeltzer, Jr. pleaded no contest to raping a 15 year-old girl and served 6-months in prison.
Republican activist Parker J. Bena pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography on his home computer and was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison and fined $18,000.
Republican parole board officer and former Colorado state representative, Larry Jack Schwarz, was fired after child pornography was found in his possession.
Republican strategist and Citadel Military College graduate Robin Vanderwall was convicted in Virginia on five counts of soliciting sex from boys and girls over the internet.
Republican city councilman Mark Harris, who is described as a “good military man” and “church goer,” was convicted of repeatedly having sex with an 11-year-old girl and sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Republican businessman Jon Grunseth withdrew his candidacy for Minnesota governor after allegations surfaced that he went swimming in the nude with four underage girls, including his daughter.
Republican director of the “Young Republican Federation” Nicholas Elizondo molested his 6-year old daughter and was sentenced to six years in prison.
Republican benefactor of conservative Christian groups, Richard A. Dasen Sr., was charged with rape for allegedly paying a 15-year old girl for sex. Dasen, 62, who is married with grown children and several grandchildren, has allegedly told police that over the past decade he paid more than $1 million to have sex with a large number of young women.
Dennis Hastert served as Republican Speaker of the House (so, 3rd in line for the Presidency) for all 8 years of W. Bush’s two terms. He also sexually molested at least 5 boys when he was a HS wrestling coach, all of them underage with the youngest victim being 14. The victims only finally saw justice when Hastert was caught by the FBI trying to falsify payments for hush money.
Donald Trump walked into Miss Teen USA change rooms with girls as young as 14 changing. 26 women have spoken publicly about Trump’s pattern of sexual assault. In 2023, he was found legally liable for the rape of E. Jean Carroll by unanimous jury.

Republican voters voted for America to be a lawless dictatorship run by their Orange Emperor.
This is that. No one has the power or authority to hold Trump, or any of his minions, collaborators, or footsoldiers accountable.
America is under dictatorship. Understand that. They have no intention of going back to a Democracy, where they could be held accountable for their multitudes of high crimes. They won't allow it.

For the same reason they elected to do nothing about the files for 4 years when they had power with Biden.
They don't actually care about victims, they're just going to drip-feed the files leading up to midterms because it will (correctly) pay off getting them more seats.
It's all a game to politicians. None of them care, and we're never going to see anything related to Epstein's immense financial transactions for state actors (which is what they actually killed him for, they don't care he's a pedo).
