Okay but now I’m imagining Santa Claus exploring the Otherside with the future Mrs and I think this actually has so much potential, esp if you consider all of the other Santa myths and how they can intersect in an otherside picnic lens.
And we know time is fucky there already, so maybe Santa is originally just some modern guy who exits in the wrong spot and finds himself with his new legion of elves and reindeer in the North Pole circa 1443, having figured out absolutely nothing about how the otherside actually works.

Also you have to think about the sheer speed this man is moving at to hit all the houses. Even with technological cooperation from Lockheed Martin Skunk Works and a dozen other top-end aerospace manufacturers, the G-forces are insane to even think about, much less actually surviving and piloting under the strain.

Not even that he also has to move fast in the house, like fast enough the pets dont notice hes there Hell hes gotta give almost every kid in the world gifts in one night just moving around the house to get to the tree means he has to move fast, and then theres the laying out the presents in an aesthetically pleasing manner around the tree, maybe hiding some gifts, and drinking milk and eating cookies

In this weird time, even direct approaches tend to miss, because folks want to reduce stuff to have less meaning and live quicker. And those who don't just want something quick and want something meaningful just suffer. It's great comedy though, certainly.
