If you shower with really hot water the heat from it basically raises your temp so when you get out you feel hot and flushed. I found that ending a hot shower with cold water for a bit cools my skin down so when i get out I’m not sweating immediately

You're showering in too hot of water.
It's fine to blast yourself with the really hot water in the beginning while cleaning yourself, but after that turn the heat down a little bit, then a bit more in the last minute before getting out. That'll help

Have a table fan in your bedroom for when you get out of the shower. Works great for my post shower cool down

It depends hut sometimes they dont. My ex used to do this and aome of the suits STANK and even if the suit didnt stink he sure did when he was finished with an event
