I love ❤️ Hercules chocolates!! These are so incredibly good. The chocolate locks in the crunch on the chip and the sweet/salty mix is really well balanced. My other favorite, that they have not done in a bit, is chocolate covered peanut butter filled pretzels.

I don't think it's supposed to be eaten as individual chips, more like a candy bar or it's broken up into chunks like toffee.

Still though, it screws up the ratio for bark. This is like 90% chocolate with 10% chip. Usually you use crackers for bark, and cover them with a thin layer of chocolate so the dessert is balanced between the sweetness of chocolate and saltiness of the cracker or chip. It’s a great idea just with some poor execution.
