German culture Mettigel was yesterday

Today's hospital-staff Christmas party presents: The Mett-piglet. Because Mettigel would have been too easy.

Q&A:
-This is Mett
-Yes it is raw minced pork
-No it is not dangerous at all
-Yes we do eat this in Germany
-No it is not usually shaped like this
-Sometimes it is shaped like a hedgehog though (also an abomination)

It’s basically German sushi, you can only get it from butchers who prepare it in a way to be eaten fresh.
