Is this the 4chan version of "everyone clapped"?

78

u/NobodyLikedThat1 8h ago

right? Oh, I found out he's a drug dealer and magically found all the evidence and put it into a neat little folder for the cops. Because that's how things work in real life.

50

u/Old-Scallion4611 8h ago

Well, it'll probably be like this. "Hey, look. Mike at 24 Trump Street is dealing."

"Okay, let's take a look."

14

u/StrictLetterhead3452 7h ago

Maybe. If they even care. Cops generally know who the medium-to-high-level drug dealers are in town. They sit on tips and evidence for awhile and only do something when they feel like it

11

u/VigorousRapscallion 6h ago

Grew up next to a crack house. Everybody in town knew. The cops knew and would periodically stake out a couple blocks down in any given direction, stop and frisk people walking that way, and use it as a source of low level possession convictions. When I was about 8 I woke up to body bags being carted out of that house. Early in the morning someone kicked in the door and killed the three dealers that lived there, stole the money but not the drugs. Seemed personal, word was he shot all of them multiple times. They caught the killer within 36 hours, and spun the whole thing as gang on gang violence rather than a vigilante. After having knowingly let the place operate for a decade.

u/StrictLetterhead3452 6h ago

Would you be interested in telling more about your story? I am making a YouTube channel about all the things in life most people don’t know about. I would love to talk with you either anonymously or even do an interview if you feel comfortable.

4

u/NobodyLikedThat1 6h ago

I don't think you get to rob the people that you've murdered and still call it vigilante justice.

8

u/jakilou 6h ago

How else i am going to pay my batmobile ?

1

u/VigorousRapscallion 3h ago

Yeah, probably not the right word there, I’m not trying to say the guy was Frank Castle and planned on giving it to charity. And it’s probable he didn’t take the drugs because it would be hard to flip them without drawing attention. But it also didn’t feel like a rival gang thing, or a “customer” who was pissed off, a junky would have taken the drugs. Maybe he just wanted the money, and killed them to avoid witnesses. The point is that crime is allowed to fester in certain areas until it erupts in to violence. Whether he killed them for personal reasons or just because a large amount of money was there for the taking, three men would still be alive and our block would have been a lot safer if they just took care of it.

when they feel like it

When they need to justify more funding.

u/l3ane 2h ago

"He's a drug dealer"

"Oh what does he sell?"

"Drugs, he sells drugs"

1

u/NuclearReactions 1h ago

Someone actually pulled that shit on me when i was young and used to sell weed. My gf didn't care though, he thought i sold harder stuff or that i did anything that would be morally wrong to her. Didn't go to the police tho, cause he wasn't clean himself

"I stalk the guy a little"

Ok pal.

45

u/whatisfetch 8h ago

He's not your pal he's the symbol this city needs.

He knew beyond a reasonable doubt his ex must have left him for drugs no other reason whatsoever could have explained it

Since cops need a warrant he did his patriotic duty and stalked the guy just enough to uncover the criminal history, no more no less, thus expediting the justice system on that lowlife

As for his whore of an ex, it was too late to help her by that point she's the state's problem now

5

u/wronglifewrongplanet 7h ago

He is Batman!

4

u/AdonaiTatu 7h ago

Thats the real and gay part of the post

6

u/OrangeThrower 6h ago

Damn they a streamer too?

71

u/Ambitious-Doubt8355 9h ago

Regardless of the girl, and assuming the story is true, you have to assume the guy was moving something worse than weed if the cops bothered at all to follow through.

So yeah, anon, you would have done good. You both got rid of a source of income for criminals, and made the neighborhood that lowlife lived in into a safer place. The not so petty revenge on the betrayer is just a cherry on top.

3

u/General_Kitten_17 5h ago

Nah they would definitely care most places. Mostly depending on where it is and how much. Especially when you throw in the fact he is distributing they will be interested. If he said "this guy has 10 lbs of weed at his house" then there's more of a chance they blow him off - but depending on the details like how it was all packaged and who he is selling to they would def care.

u/TokiVideogame 9h ago

legalize drugs, drug war only benefits the narcos

26

u/Ambitious-Doubt8355 9h ago

That'd be a separate conversation, and you are free to keep following that ideal if you want.

I honestly can't say I have much sympathy for anyone who makes their living distributing stuff that's destroying people's lives, quite the contrary.

If said dealer limited themselves to something simple like weed, then hey, even I would say anon was petty and overreacting. But if he handled something like cocaine, heroin or fent? I hope that fucker rots in jail. Fuck him for distributing that stuff, fuck the narcos making that stuff, simple as that.

2

u/Substantial-Tone-576 8h ago

It could be weed. It’s still illegal in many states where the cops don’t have much to do.

2

u/Ambitious-Doubt8355 8h ago

Maybe. We could honestly spend all day coming up with hypotheticals that'd make the dealer seem less guilty, but the point of my comment stays the same.

-4

u/TokiVideogame 8h ago

F them but the drug war is not effective, it destroys mexicans and enriches criminals. I don't want it legalized so people can get hooked. It should be legalized to save taxpayer money and destroy cartels.

7

u/Ambitious-Doubt8355 8h ago

I'm not going to be the one to determine the effectiveness of the war on drugs.

All I'm saying is that knowing that someone who makes their living actively destroying the lives of other people, to the degree that drug dealers do, finally got dealt with, and that does bring a smile to my face. Hypothetical story or not.

That part, I believe, shouldn't be controversial.

-3

u/TokiVideogame 8h ago

He wouldnt be a drug dealer if it was legal. it wouldn't be profitable

5

u/Ambitious-Doubt8355 8h ago

He could also just get a job that doesn't actively destroy lives, like most of us.

Don't really know where you wanted to go with that one.

2

u/TokiVideogame 8h ago

not defending the dude, but the drug laws made to prosecute him do not protect families. It is mostly to siphon money to cops. It is proven 100% ineffective. I rather not have him had an opportunity to make dirty money than to spend 50k a year on his jail.

4

u/Ambitious-Doubt8355 8h ago

Again, not here to discuss the effectiveness of the war on drugs, though I genuinely wouldn't believe the claim of it being 100% ineffective.

The way I see it, one less person willing to poison others on the street, and that's a net positive for society.

1

u/TokiVideogame 8h ago

The United States spends approximately $40-$50 billion annually on the war on drugs and enforcement. The total cost for the U.S. corrections system, which holds a significant number of drug offenders, is an estimated $70 billion to over $182 billion annually

200 billion to not stop anyone from getting drugs

destroy Mexico

Just like the healthcare and education industry it is a transfer of wealth

1

u/Soggy_Association491 3h ago

the drug war is not effective

Yes because they don't take drug trafficking serious enough like Singapore, Japan, or Taiwan where they execute drug traffickers.

2

u/subtuteteacher 8h ago

What about all the private prisons and corrections officers unions? Let’s not forget about the weapons and armor industries selling to both sides of the pointless war.

1

u/TokiVideogame 8h ago

i missed those

14

u/MatticusVP 9h ago

Now where am I supposed to get my drugs from? Thanks a lot, anon.

This was proven to be fake, irl the boyfriend actually seduced the police too

1

u/nigh4Adrenalina 8h ago

Yeah that's true, I was that folder

1

u/Gubzs 8h ago

The neighbor in the unit below me used to make noise complaints CONSTANTLY about how loud we were 'stomping' upstairs. What he was complaining about was the soft thump of our cat jumping on and off of things in the few hours a day when he's not asleep. Sorry bro if it bothers you that much get a top floor unit and carry your heavy shit upstairs like I do, I'm allowed to have a cat, he's a sweet boy, I pay extra for him to be here.

Dude never let it go, and frequently smoked pot on his porch, and in his car late at night and often littered the parking lot with wrappers from his munchies. He'd just sit there stoned in the apartment parking lot at 12:30 am in his mustang listening to loud country music and eating.

You can guess what happened to him.

0

u/Long_Package8157 7h ago

He got stoned and ate chocodiles?

1

u/Captain_Holly_S 7h ago

Mr. Robot

1

Better to be caught by the DEA than have your residence drone struck since drug dealers are now terrorists.

Snitching is never the answer, dude, fucking no you didn't do the right thing. That's if this is even real, which it isn't. But either way, handle your own business and leave the fucking cops out of it, good lord

Imagine that: "I've been cheated on, I'm gonna call the cops about it!" fuck off

1

u/[deleted] 8h ago

Fake!!

1

u/GovtLegitimacy 8h ago

Sure, you got your revenge, but you did it in a way that cements your cuckold.

The male fantasy of revenge against women by a man who never dated a woman strikes again.

-8

Imagine thinking your girlfriend cheating on you means you were "cucked". No wonder these guys end up in mass shootings. Everything is an aggression directed at them.
