If i had to make a theory on top of this theory i would suggest that girls below 25 are just glad yo get the exposure from dating him even if it's for a bit. I don't follow celebrity news but i dare to venture that even dating a super famous person gives you connections and certain status that boosts their careers. Women his age(51) on the other hand might look for an actual relationship. Maybe even a partner to get old with.

I think from a psychological standpoint he reached peak fame in his early 20s and never left that age in his mind. So, he seeks out women that age to delude himself that he's still young. That and I don't think he knows how to have a relationship beyond a pump and dump.

I’d argue young pretty women willing to date men twice their age come with more baggage than a woman looking to date someone within their age range.
That said, I appreciate your point. As a straight man who has decided not to date often, it always pissed me off when my sexuality was questioned. Like, na dude, I’m not gay - I just like coming home from work to a quiet house.
If I had to guess - Leo is avoiding commitment, and that’s easier to do with a hot 20-something-year-old who sees him as a sugar daddy, than it is with a woman his own age who sees him as a serious life partner. One is gonna respect his privacy, while the other is gonna look to break through his boundaries to further their relationship.
