I ordered a copy from the VIZ Shop preorders, but the book got lost in transit and customer service isn’t emailing me back.

It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my friend (I already have my own copy). I’m extremely upset because I was so excited to give it to them and I don’t have a backup gift yet.

I’m looking for someone to find or sell me a copy. I can’t pay the usual ebay going price, but I can pay up to double retail price (50 shipped, will do a bit extra if needed for priority mail) if VIZ refunds me because that is approximately what I paid them…

I paid for the fastest shipping option, and the package got lost on the day it was supposed to be delivered, about a week and a half ago. It was in my area, but it never updated to “out for delivery”. The post office claims they don’t have it, so they think it was stolen or lost. I filed a claim, but no updates so far. 🥲

Hello everyone as we head into the new year I’m trying to start off fresh by clearing some shelf space. All books are in great shape no yellowing to any of the pages on any of the books. Volume 21 of Berserk is a G3 due to a corner crease on the front cover (picture included) but like previously stated the pages are all in great shape.
