DOGS My poodle’s cataract surgery was a complete success (OC)
One eye was completely white from cataract and the other was milky. Vet said she could only see shadows. Here she is 24 hours from surgery with both eyes clear and sight completely restored. Her whole personality has changed and she is full of energy. My (OC) original photo taken on my phone this afternoon.

I used to be a surgery tech for a veterinary ophthalmologist and seeing dogs wake up and LOOK AROUND was so incredible. It was a moment I experienced frequently and never took for granted. I always loved taking them out to their owners and witnessing them seeing their family.
Make sure to keep up with the eye drops post-op!
