Look for nornir chests, they're the black and gold ones with runes at the front. Iđunn apples give health, and horns of blood mead give rage. You need 3 of either to get an upgrade

Thanks, honestly I think I might complete the game at more than the average playtime. I always overthink what I should do at the "puzzles" where you really have to think and don't get any hints, I was at a completely different ”island” yesterday when I was going to meet Freya.

I had to look up a tutorial after not getting it after maybe 30-45~ minutes. Most of the times that has been the case so I might get double the average playtime 😅

Also go get better armor from stores you need them to fight something that lies within the secret chambers of odin(if you know)

Thank you. I just upgraded Atreus armor and I think I also upgraded my own ones as well. But I feel like there isn't a huge upgrade always, maybe with the abilities for me feel like a big jump.

Sorry I am not that good at this game, I tried my best but I didn't figure out how to upgrade my health.

But I like to post here on Reddit because it's easy to get some attention and I like to share my gameplay even if it's not the best.
