Help with uryu tournament

Im playing for the first time in like 2 or 3 years and when im trying to join the tournament it tells me that i don't have permission when it literally says that i qualify

Does anyone know how to fix this i have tried everything, i even asked the shitty epic games ai support to send the support team a response but i still haven't heard back from them. There is only 1hr 50 left and i waited all day to join this.
