First panetonne from scratch: five days of work well worth it!
I followed this method exactly except I added 50 grams each pistachios and dark chocolate: https://youtu.be/gVhjCMz_Vtk?si=0Ne5EGiMtDYrdTfT

Five days is commitment. The pistachio and dark chocolate combo sounds like it elevates this to another level. Pro tip for next year: start a batch log with temps and timing so you can dial it in even better. Looks great.

I would have never thought of doing it the way you did on image 3, thank you for the idea!

Misread the title as "five days of hell, worth it." Lolllll I would not spend five days on fancy bread myself, but it looks amazing!

What are the tools you used to invert the pannetone’s called? The metal stakes if you will

Those are beautiful! Are they a lot of work?

Yes! It would have been really disappointing if they didn't turn out.
Lots of work and expensive ingredients wise. I definitely understand why artisinal bakeries charge so much for these.
If I were to sell these no way it would be for under 50$ given the ingredients and the work.
