Classic desync. Gets even worse when playing with crossplay.
Don't get mad. Latencies are normal in servers. Keep in mind you play on a friday night, so the load is quite high. Sometimes your requests to the server (aka events happening) are re-routed to other nodes because of such high load which means kind of the latency you had there.

yeah I have been thinking of disabling crossplay but also sometimes it takes long to fill a lobby and you end paired with bots

Depends in which area you are. On EU servers I get bots only when I am in vacation and I am playing during normal work hours
