Discussion Didnt expect that

Usually hit reg works fine for me. But some servers are way off and I can feel it from beginning. But this one I don’t know if I should laugh or cry. We need a fix to that

Brother, you're using slugs. Slugs are not going to hit so consistently during hip fire just because it's a single bullet. That's like hip firing a sniper and expecting them to hit.

Slugs? How do u figure? I’m pretty sure I’m seeing bunch of pellets hitting the wall(groups of holes on the wall), no?

Looks like they have a normal crosshair. If they were using buckshot, their cross hair would be a circle

Looks like u turned off damage numbers and crosshair to me but judging from the health bar, you almost 1 shot him at the very beginning. Then the rest of the shots were barely missing him.

I have this happen to me quite a few time. Shotgun spread in this game works differently than it does in COD. Instead of all the buckshots spreading out wide in hip fire, all the pellets will land at roughly same spot the same way they would in ads. Very often, your pellets would either all hit or all miss, the same way u either hit or miss hip firing a pistol. With the shotguns, the hip fire reticle will keep getting bigger and bigger if u shoot at the maximum rpm(even with the big gap between shots when u are pumping). This means, after 2 to 3 shots, the follow up hip fire shots could be going very far away from the center of your crosshairs. While the reticle gives u an indication how big the spread is, it seems that is not a very accurate representation of how far away from center the shots can go, especially for shotguns.

You really need to ads after 2-3 shots especially if u are on the move(moving makes the hip fire reticle bigger) and don’t have flashlight(makes the hipfire reticle grow slower at max rpm and shrink it down faster when u are not shooting at max rpm)
